1. The STS (Standard Transfer Specification) is an Open Architecture initially introduced in South Africa in 1993, for the transfer of electricity prepayment tokens. Subsequently published by the IEC (International Electro technical Commission) as an International standard IEC62055-41,51. Now it also becomes popular for Water & Gas Meters with following advantages:
Compatibility
Inter-operability between system components from different
manufacturers of prepayment systems;
1.2 Easy Data (Water Volume/Credit) Transfer.
Water Credit/Volume transfer via 20 digits Token, no External Data transfer Media (Token-less);
1.3 Flexible Water Purchase (Prepaid Mode switchable to postpaid) that makes it much more convenient and easier.
1.3.1 Flexible Water Purchase Way at appointed agencies via POS or cash, Customer Self-service Mobile Phone via APP, USSD or by E-payment.

or USSD, by E-payment
